Cancellation/rescheduling policy for A La Carte private lessons only:

Because booking lesson time means blocking off a spot in my schedule that could be used for lessons or meetings with others, it's important that my studio gets compensated for the reservation of lesson time.

I do not refund payments once the lesson is booked unless I am the one who has to cancel. 

There are rescheduling options:

• If you cancel your lesson more than 48 hours before the lesson time, we can reschedule the session for an alternate time, using the payment for this session (the one you are booking now/have just booked)  to apply to the rescheduled session.

• If you cancel your lesson within 48 hours of the lesson time, you can reschedule the lesson at 50% cost.

Calendly will send you multiple reminders for the session, so you will have ample time to double check your calendar.
